Le Suffren Hotel & Marina, Port Louis

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and had all the modern amenities I needed, although they could use a bit of an update. The service was fantastic, with the staff being welcoming and attentive, really going above and beyond. The location was excellent, with easy access to the waterfront area. However, the dining experience was not up to par, lacking options and cleanliness at times.

The hotel offers a mix of fantastic service and a slightly outdated room experience. The high ceilings and large windows overlooking the water create an open feeling, but some modern amenities like USB recharge plugs are missing. The staff goes above and beyond, especially Marina, making all guests feel at home with a smile. The location is great, with plenty of dining and entertainment options, though slightly on the expensive side. The dining experience is delightful with a well-rounded selection, but can be pushy at times. Overall, a memorable hospitality experience with some room for improvement.
